Our Team

Jason was born in Lafayette Louisiana and grew up in Florida. He began his career in the restaurant industry working in North and South Florida. He worked at casual seafood restaurants, pubs, clubs and eventually fine dining where he became enamored with fine wine and spirits. He found his way home to Acadiana and began working in retail. Jason worked for large and small Louisiana grocery store chains curating the wine and spirits departments for 10 years before joining the Uncorked team in July of 2023.
