Our Team
Meet the passionate individuals behind Uncorked.



Patsy founded Uncorked in 2004 to import German wine for a friend and, while now less involved in daily tasks, remains an active advisor who highly values her team.



Nick, a New Orleans native and LSU/Tulane alum, has worked all levels of the restaurant industry. As Uncorked operating partner, he now manages sales and supplier relations.



David, a UNO Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism alum, honed his wine skills at Cobalt and Martin Wine Cellar. Since 2005, he's been an Uncorked Partner and VP, managing supplier relations with Nick.



Jessica, a native Texan, started in wine retail before joining Uncorked in 2016. She now manages sales operations, events, and social media. She holds WSET Level 2 with distinction.



Josh, a North Shore native, began in restaurants before managing The Wine Market. He joined Uncorked in 2014, servicing North Shore accounts, and now manages the ever-expanding sales team.



Joey, a New Orleans native, spent 25+ years at Southern Glazers. He joined Uncorked in Dec 2024 to be our retail development and off premise manager. He's WSET 2 certified with distinction.



Joe started his hospitality career in 2000 at Herbsaint, as a manager and buyer. He was Wine Director at Bacchanal, a 3x James Beard finalist. He joined Uncorked in 2022 as a Fine Wine Specialist.



Lane honed his bar/beverage skills at Bin 77, managing the bar for several years. After spending time as beverage director for Soji, he joined Uncorked in 2021 as our Spirits Specialist.



Erik, a New Orleans native, developed a wine passion working in restaurants. He moved to wholesale/supplier, joining Uncorked in 2009 for key accounts. He holds CMS and CSW certifications.

Randy, a New Orleanian, found his wine passion over 19 years as a fine dining waiter. He holds CMS/WSET intro accreditations. He joined Uncorked in 2015, servicing New Orleans accounts.



Lauren's passion for wine flourished as she worked her way up to General Manager and Wine Director at Bin 77. She now brings her extensive knowledge to Uncorked in the New Orleans market.



After working in her family's Po-Boy shop, Alexandra became a certified sommelier. She ran beverage programs for top New Orleans hotels and joined Uncorked in 2021 to service New Orleans accounts.



After cutting his teeth at Chef Pat Gallagher's Grill, Andrew moved from restaurants to distribution. He joined the Uncorked family in February 2023 and now services accounts throughout New Orleans.



After falling in love with wine while working in fine dining, Jason returned home to Lafayette. He spent 10 years curating wine & spirits for retailers before joining the Uncorked team in July 2023.



With a hospitality degree, Summer moved from beer sales to her love for wine. After working for RNDC, she joined Uncorked in January of 2024 to represent our brands across the Northshore.



A Covington native, Zoe's 10-year restaurant career fueled her obsession with wine. She joined Uncorked in January 2024 to share her passion as a sales rep on the Northshore.



Taylor got her start in the biz at Commander's Palace, where she became a Certified Sommelier. With WSET II honors and beverage director experience, she joined Uncorked in the Spring of 2024.



After managing top Baton Rouge restaurants, Ricky's love for chemistry led him to a UK cheese degree. He joined Uncorked in October 2024 and calls on the Baton Rouge market.

With 15+ years of experience, WSET Level 3 and Sommelier certification, Judd joined Uncorked in June 2025 to cover the Northstate region.



Courtney has worked in all three tiers of the wine business. An Uncorked team member since 2011, she is now the Purchasing Coordinator, focusing on her favorite things: P.O.’s & Logistics!



Growing up in the wine business, Arielle has worked in wine wholesale since 2003. After roles in sales and brand development, she joined Uncorked in June of 2021 to lead as the Office Manager.



Juan was Uncorked's first full-time driver, joining in 2006. He now leads the team as Delivery Manager, ensuring smooth operations. You might also see him performing as "Big Chief Juan"!

Yes, we are a wholesaler, so we can legally only sell our portfolio to business owners. You'll need to present us with a valid alcohol or hemp ATC permit. If you would like to only purchase Non-ALC items from us, then you do not need a permit.
If you are not a business owner and are just looking for retailers or restaurants that carry our portfolio, please call our office at 504-309-4754, and we can point you in the right direction.
We are a wholesaler and importer located at 2110 W Thomas Street in Hammond. Please note that we are not a retail shop open to the public. Our building is located behind the "Hammond West Center" located at 2108 W Thomas Street. The business that is on the corner of that strip mall and the most visible from the road is Jambalaya Shoppe. Turn into the Jambalaya Shoppe parking lot and go straight back. You will see a building that says "Operations Center"; that is us. There is no sign that says Uncorked on it, but our door is under that operations center sign and next to the blue ramp.
If you are coming from New Orleans: take I-10 West toward Baton Rouge. Take Exit 210 on the right to merge onto I-55 N toward Hammond. Take Exit 28 onto US-51 North toward Hammond. In 2.3 miles, turn left onto W Thomas Street. Please note there are two turning lanes that turn left onto W Thomas and you will need to be in the right turning lane, as you will take a right into our parking lot soon after you turn onto W Thomas. Turn right into the Jambalaya Shoppe parking lot and go straight back until you see a building with loading docks across the front and a sign that says Operations Center. Our entrance is located under that Operations Center Sign next to the blue ramp.
If you are coming from Baton Rouge via I-12 going East: Take Exit 38A to merge onto I-55 South toward New Orleans. Take Exit 28 onto S Morrison Blvd. In 2.4 miles, turn left onto W Thomas Street. Please note there are two turning lanes that turn left onto W Thomas and you will need to be in the right turning lane, as you will take a right into our parking lot soon after you turn onto W Thomas. Turn right into the Jambalaya Shoppe parking lot and go straight back until you see a building with loading docks across the front and a sign that says Operations Center. Our entrance is located under that Operations Center Sign next to the blue ramp.
If you are coming from Mandeville via I-12 going West: take exit 38B to merge onto I-55 North toward Jackson. Take exit 31 onto US-190 toward Hammond. In 1.1 miles, turn left into the Jambalaya Shoppe parking lot and go straight back until you see a building with loading docks across the front and a sign that says Operations Center. Our entrance is located under that Operations Center Sign next to the blue ramp.
