Jimmy Scheidell

Jimmy started his career at Emeril's Flagship Restaurant with no wine knowledge and moved his way up to assistant manager/assistant Sommelier in his 4 years there. In 2020 he got a full time Sommelier/Beverage Director position at Dakota Restaurant. In 2024 Jimmy acheived Introductory Sommelier certification and in 2025 WSET 1. He joined Uncorked in March 2026 and calls on the Nortshore market.
