Our Team

Born and raised in Uptown New Orleans, Taylor got her start in the wine world at Commanders Palace. She started as a back waiter and by the time she left she was a captain for the Chefs Table & Wine Room. An active participant in Commanders wine program provided her the opportunity to become a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. After Commanders she was a manager at Martins Wine Cellar, the beverage director for Tujague’s then a Fine Wine Sales Rep for Southern Glazers where she passed WSET II with Distinction. She joined Uncorked in the Spring of 2024 and is looking forward to what wine adventures come next!
